Possibly not working as intended. I am getting a "insufficient skill" message - surrounding tile are 10 ish elevation change, my mining skill is 20. so seems off? I logged into a server that has the 1 tile mining on, as well as lower to level and attempted to recreate the issue - I was unable and the lower to level worked.

Are the surrounding tiles uncovered?
While we have added the mod - despite it's name the one tile mining is to OP... there should be a disclaimer on the mod list that the only feature we have turned on is the ability to use the "flatten" command to bring it in line with the digging flatten command and the flatten command in a cave.
