Hestlin has approved funds for building in Keldor. The following buildings are requested, and if there are other ideas you have for buildings please propose them and they will be considered.
Payment will be 10 copper per square with each story considered a square so a 3X3 would be 9 squares and a 3X3 with two stories would be 18 squares
Inn (with furnished rooms)
Tavern (with food storage and cooking capacity and tools)
Tailor shop (equipped with loom and spinning wheel)
General Store
Leather shop
Alchemist shop
Chapel
Stables
Animal pens
Pottery shop (with kiln)
Community Garden
Cart Parking
There are also funds available for designing and creating docks.
To qualify for payment:
Buildings cannot be made with plain wood walls (except the stables)
The plan and location must be submitted for approval in advance
