I have about 1100 hours in Wurm unlmited, but my work schedule has changed so that i can only play on weekends now. on my current server i use one alt to mine rock while im terraforming. or to terraform while im clearing trees etc..i dont priest at all. i strictly use one to help with my time crunch on random chores around the deed. for example my alt that mines rock for me has a staggering mining skill of 24. and i still buy my QL60 gear from other people. hardly economy breaking. that being said...how strict is that no alts rule? its cool either way. i can just stay on my current server. just been looking for a new home, getting that feeling that its going to shutdown in the next 12 months.

We do NOT allow alts on this server. There are 2 times a person is allowed more than 1 account on the server. 1)If a person has a GM character then they have one GM and one player. GM Powers are not allowed on ANY character being activly played. 2)If you come in with a name just to look. But if you do that you may NOT be using both. You will need to either stick with first name or ONLY log in with a character name.
There are NO execptions to this rule.

However..... The primary reason for no alts is to encourage community, communication, and working together. We already have that culture ingrained, and you may find it just as much fun and maybe even more rewarding to ask for help. You'll find that it would be pretty easy to get a couple of people to come help with the things you would have had an alt doing.  |
